- CPR Card
- TB Skin Test and/or Chest X-Ray
- Nursing Diploma
- Current Nurse CEUs
- Pass Fingerprint/AOC Background Check and Drug Screening
- At least 1 year of Long Term Care Facility experience
- Point Click Care knowledge preferred
