Qualifications
- Registered Nurse in good standing with required current state license
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in long-term care and/or acute care setting required
- Minimum of two (2) years management/supervisory experience required
- Must have a current/active CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the Nursing Department
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the nursing services department
- Assist with development of and approve final version of the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care for each resident
