Description
Lead the inpatient behavioral health unit with your leadership, clinical expertise, and resource management skills at Cayuga Health System.
Qualifications
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in an acute mental health setting required
- RN License in the State of New York
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall direction, supervision and evaluation of treatment services in the inpatient behavioral health unit
- Prepare and manage the budget
- Develop, implement, and evaluate departmental policies, procedures, and programs
Education
Certification in psychiatry, or applicable field, preferred
