Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma or Associate School of Nursing
- Current Texas State license
- Two year's experience in a clinical care setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer care for adult clients in their place of residence
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and patient/family
- Implement/document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care
Education
Graduate of an accredited Diploma or Associate School of Nursing
Working Hours
8 to 12 hour shifts for days and nights
