Exciting opportunity for a Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse at U.S. Renal Care, Inc. Must have current LVN/LPN license in applicable state.
Qualifications
- Current LVN/LPN license in applicable state
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
- Previous dialysis experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Obtain blood samples for laboratory analysis
- Complete and document monthly review of patient medication profiles
- Report machine problems to Biomedical Technician and Administrator
