Qualifications
- Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of two years of experience in public health, home care, or hospice nursing preferred
- Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state
Responsibilities
- Complete initial and ongoing assessments of patients and families
- Provide professional nursing care utilizing all elements of nursing process
- Develop care plans, including goals and palliative nursing actions
