Seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Coordinator ICU to lead patient care initiatives in Garden City, KS. Competitive salary with benefits and room for growth.
Qualifications
- 1-year recent clinical ICU RN Experience
- Associates Degree in Nursing required
- RN License to practice in state of employment as applicable, required
- Nursing Specialty Certification related to the specialty is strongly preferred
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NIHSS required
Responsibilities
- Works with Administrators on developing optimal staffing and patient schedules
- Implements and ensures compliance with all organization standards, guidelines, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Assists the Facility Administrator with necessary Corrective Action Plan development, implementation and follow up as required
