Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a Medical-Surgical setting
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of Med-Surg nursing practices, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement principles
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the Medical-Surgical nursing team
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes
