Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification
- Access to reliable transportation
- Knowledge of safety and infection control practices
Responsibilities
- Performing comprehensive assessments of client status
- Developing individualized client care plans
- Administering medications
- Reporting changes and progress
- Maintaining client records
- Initiating referrals to health team members
Working Hours
Days: 8am to 5pm
