Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted RN/LPN/PRN license in Maryland
- A minimum of two years' experience as an active RN/LPN/PRN
Responsibilities
- Making the initial evaluation (PRNs Only) visit and ongoing visits
- Performing care as defined by individual Plan of Care/Physician Order
- Regularly reevaluating the client's nursing needs
