Qualifications
- Valid and Current LPN License in the State of Illinois
- Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience
- Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile
Responsibilities
- Providing care according to the patient's plan of care
- Assistance with daily tasks such as wound care, injections, assessments
- Overseeing CNA/PCA, med passes
Working Hours
8 hours shift - Monday thru Friday 12:00 am (Midnight) - 8:00 am
