Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Vocational/Practical Nursing
- Current State license as a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse
- Two years' experience in a clinical care setting
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary group and patient/family
- Administer medications and treatments
