Qualifications
- 5-10 years of nursing experience
- Hospice care experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone requests for assistance
- Perform home visits for hospice and palliative care patients and families
- Maintain communication between in-house staff, field staff, and other departments
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
Working Hours
On-call shifts, weekends, overnight
