Responsibilities
- Provide treatment and health care procedures ordered by a physician
- Ensure individuals attend medical appointments per their Individual Support Plan
- Develop and update Individual Support Plans
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in nursing field
Working Hours
