Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- 3 years of nursing experience required
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- CPR certification required
- Two years working with individuals with disabilities preferred
Responsibilities
- Case manage the health care needs of individuals
- Provide training to staff
- Communicate health care information to stakeholders
Working Hours
Mon-Fri 7am-3pm
