Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or Compact License
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments
- Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
