Qualifications
- Current RN license in PA
- 5 years of Nurse Supervisor experience on a Med Surg or Rehab LTC/STR or hospital unit
- 3+ years experience in a nurse supervisory role with proven leadership ability
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and direction for short-term rehabilitation unit
- Ensure quality patient care and staff accountability
- Lead day-to-day operations of the unit
