Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- Histotechnologist (HTL) certification preferred
- NYS Clinical Laboratory Technologist license
- Strong organizational and leadership skills

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the histology department
- Assign tasks, review work, and provide guidance to histology staff
- Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and regulatory requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and outcomes
Working Hours
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
