Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant training program
- Minimum of 2 years medical assistant back office work experience
Responsibilities
- Facilitating communication between patient and provider
- Rooming patients and obtaining vitals
- Preparing patient for visits
Education
Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant training program at an accredited school or institution and/or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Working Hours
Normal office hours with occasional community travel
