Description
Seeking Field Service Engineer for satisfying technical service role, diagnosing and fixing CNC machine problems, offering maintenance services and customer support.
Qualifications
- CNC machine tool troubleshooting and repair experience
- Knowledge of changing spindles and ball screws
- Hands-on knowledge of volt meters, oscilloscopes
Responsibilities
- Provide technical service and support directly to customers
- Communicate with customers to diagnose problems with CNC Mills and Lathes
- Troubleshoot, install, service, rebuild and perform maintenance as necessary
