Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or engineering technology
- 2-5 years of experience in a machine tool company
- Knowledge of Fanuc machines and CNC systems
- Understanding of PLC systems and diagrams
- Ability to operate forklifts and manual lifting equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to travel 30-50%
Responsibilities
- Provide post-sales support including technical and operational training, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of CNC machining equipment and peripherals
- Plan and coordinate activities related to equipment installation, repair, and upgrades
- Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Work both independently and as part of a team to prioritize and execute tasks
- Examine machinery and communicate with operators to identify mechanical or human errors
- Advise management and factory engineers on equipment defects, customer satisfaction, and product improvements
Education
Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or engineering technology is required for this job
Working Hours
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, primarily on the road
