Qualifications
- Valid Massage Therapy License in Indiana
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a massage therapist
- Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Professional liability insurance
Responsibilities
- Provide various types of massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massages
- Conduct Acoustic wave therapy as prescribed
- Develop and propose client treatment plans that specify which types of massage are to be used
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment
- Maintain client confidentiality and respect their privacy
- Keep accurate and timely records of massages performed and products used
