Exciting opportunity for a Home Improvement Marketing Manager to join a rapidly growing acrylic bath remodeling brand, utilizing strong communication & organizational skills in Toms River, NJ.

Responsibilities
- Research and find Events and Shows within assigned territory
- Negotiate Contracts with Event Vendors
- Book an annual calendar of Events and Shows
- Recruit, hire and train Event Demonstrators
- Work at events to generate 'leads' alongside event demonstrators in a 'lead by example' role
- Schedule Demonstrators to work Events
- Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down
- Set appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation at the Events and Shows
- Follow up on Contest Entries and schedule them for a Free In-Home Consultation
- Measure and report results
