Qualifications
- Four-year technical degree in related field or equivalent expertise
- Journeyman status preferred
- Minimum five years plant maintenance experience with two years in a leadership capacity
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain individual performance plans for all Maintenance/Facilities employees
- Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Provide effective work team leadership to ensure equipment/facilities are functional
Education
High School Diploma required, related post high school education preferred
