Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- HVAC experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare apartments for occupancy changes
- Maintain cleanliness of community areas
- Assist with light electrical tasks and general upkeep
