Qualifications
- 5 years equivalent experience with facility maintenance operations/functions/activities
Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of the standard practices, tools, equipment, and materials associated with a variety of crafts involved in facility maintenance
- Plan and lay out work, determine accurate and efficient methods, diagnose and correct complications to maximize efficiency
- Read, interpret, and work from sketches, blueprints, schematics, and specifications to evaluate, analyze, and resolve problems
