Looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee routine maintenance and projects in communities, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years related experience
Responsibilities
- Ensure community facilities are well-maintained
- Prepare bid specifications and oversee contracts
- Collaborate with Community Manager on various tasks
Education
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working Hours
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
