Looking for a Porter/ Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance works in residential and commercial units at Swami International.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Min. of 2 years maintenance experience
- Proof of valid driver's license, vehicle registration and auto insurance required
Responsibilities
- Keep records of activities in Porters checklist
- Physically walks the property regularly for inspections
- Sweep/ mop/ vacuum hallways and common areas
