Description
Seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Navarino Property Management LLC. If you have a knack for property maintenance and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of apartment maintenance or related field
- Basic appliance repair
- HVAC - only as allowed by law without EPA certification
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical (when no license is required)
- General carpentry
- Painting, including the use of a paint sprayer
- Certified with OSHA, EPA, and CPO
Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance requests by diagnosing problems and making repairs
- Ensure service requests and repairs are made in a timely manner
- Conduct the turning process for vacant apartment homes
Working Hours
24-hour on-call duty approximately every 6th week, weekends and holidays included
