Qualifications
- Certified for DCH required Fire and Life Safety Educator Certification
- Minimum of one-year experience as a Maintenance Director in a long-term care setting preferred
- Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Responsibilities
- Coordinate residence maintenance services
- Prepare vacant rooms/apartments for new residents
- Respond promptly to all repair needs
