Qualifications
- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in operations and logistics
- Knowledge of customs clearance, tariffs, freight claims, insurance and federal/state requirements
Responsibilities
- Own the operations process from end-to-end
- Identify inefficiencies and make changes quickly
- Ensure seamless customer experience
