Qualifications
- BA in business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- 15 years of logistics experience
- 5 years of senior leadership experience
- Continuous improvement experience with Kaizen leadership and lean principles
- Six Sigma or formal Lean training
- Strong familiarity with MRP/ERP systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
