Qualifications
- 5+ years managerial/supervisory experience
- 2+ years in supply chain/warehousing/distribution
- Staff management
- P&L management
- Project management
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations
- Develop strategies for optimization and cost minimization
- Lead and motivate Operations Managers and staff
- Ensure safety compliance and efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships
- Prepare and analyze performance reports
- Lead customer relationships and satisfaction
- Manage site's profit and loss (P&L)
- Prepare and present business reviews to customers
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
