Looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team in Portland, Oregon. Play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between customers and tow truck drivers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience
- Strong knowledge of the Portland Metro area
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service for inbound and outbound calls
- Address issues and coordinate with field units or departments as necessary
- Direct tow truck drivers to proper locations
Working Hours
3 ½ 12-hour shifts per week
