Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
- Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where the organization operates
- 8+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on training and professional development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with legal leadership to assess and identify training needs within the organization
- Designing and implementing training programs for legal professionals
- Developing curriculum and training materials
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
- Providing coaching and mentorship to legal professionals
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the legal department
