Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in California
- Proven experience in class action and PAGA litigation
- Strong skills in legal research, writing, and advocacy
Responsibilities
- Defend clients in employment litigation, including class actions and representative actions
- Draft and respond to initial pleadings and discovery requests
- Prepare and argue motions, and conduct depositions
- Provide employment law counseling regarding federal and state regulations
- Engage in trial preparation, with trial experience considered a plus
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution
