Our program offers comprehensive on-the-job training, allowing coaches to learn and grow while fostering a supportive and energetic sports environment. As a Baseball Coach, you'll play a crucial role in developing players' skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

The starting salary is $25,000 per year, with additional benefits provided after the first year of employment. Our training sessions run from 3 pm to 7 pm on weekdays, offering a dynamic schedule with plenty of time to strategize and grow your team.
