On the field training and mentorship is our core philosophy. As a Baseball Coach, you will be provided with an enriching environment to enhance your coaching skills and lead a team to success.

The annual salary starts at $50,000 with comprehensive benefits becoming available after your first full year.

Our standard practice schedule runs from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily, providing ample time for strategic planning and team building.
