We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Farm Equipment Operators on a full-time basis. No prior experience is required, as we offer extensive hands-on training to help you develop the skills needed to operate a range of agricultural machinery. Our training program allows you to earn while you learn, with starting pay at $20 per hour. You will also become eligible for benefits after your first year of employment. Your workday will typically run from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, providing a balanced schedule that supports both personal and professional growth.
