While competitive compensation is offered at a starting salary of $45,000 annually, professional development and growth in sports leadership are key benefits of this position. Comprehensive benefits are available after the completion of a full year.

The working hours are from 3pm to 9pm, allowing for match training schedules and optimizing player performance.
