Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience configuring and repairing Microsoft Windows-based computers
- 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Active Directory Users & Computers
- 2+ years' experience with using PowerShell
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for clients
- Network printer troubleshooting and configuration
- Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve networking hardware and software issues
