- Google Workspace experience
- OKTA workflows experience
- Azure/Teams/O365/SharePoint experience
- Zoom/Video Conferencing Systems experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Ownership and administration of various IT systems
- Design, automate, and optimize IT systems and processes
- Tier 1 to Tier 3 support for desktop and mobile devices
- Imaging and deployment of new systems
- Onboarding/offboarding users
- Manage company assets lifecycle
- Support and maintain network infrastructure
- Support for IT related issues pertaining to lab equipment
- On-call Desktop support
