Description
Join Ascend as a Telephony Program Manager and lead functional and cross-functional improvement programs. Migration from AVAYA to Cisco UCCE Platform. Strong knowledge of Call Back Assist and system integrations required.
Qualifications
- Two to three years of progressively responsible work experience in Telephony
- Hands-on experience with implementing Telecom/Telephony infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Act as SME and program coordinator on all telephony related issues
- Manage vendors and other IT teams required by the projects
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
