Qualifications
- Knowledge of AD, AAD & Windows 10,11
- Experience with Intune would be a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Respond to user requests for service and troubleshoot incidents
- Manage day-to-day incidents and service requests using ITSM tool
- Install and support Microsoft Office applications and Office 365 software
