Qualifications
- 2 years of related experience
- Knowledge of Windows server and desktop operating systems
- A+ or Microsoft Certifications
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance in person, via phone, remotely
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Maintain access control systems and CCTV systems
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred
Working Hours
8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
