Description
Exciting opportunity to join BlueBridge Networks as a Helpdesk Engineer! Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal IT solutions for customer's critical business systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of helpdesk support experience
- strong troubleshooting skills
- excellent customer service
Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1-2 support via remote access, telephone, and email
- Setup and install peripherals including routers, printers, and laptops
- Maintain computer systems and hardware
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
Working Hours
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
