Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Insurance Producer license required
- Proven experience in insurance agency operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
Responsibilities
- Oversee policy issuance, renewals, and cancellations
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Develop and maintain streamlined processes for servicing policies
Education
A bachelor’s degree is preferred
Working Hours
Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm
