Exciting opportunity for a skilled Steel NDT Subject Matter Expert to join BDI BRIDGE DIAGNOSTICS, travel nationwide, perform steel inspections, lead training programs, and ensure accurate detection of discontinuities.
Qualifications
- ASNT Level III certification required
- Exposure, experience, and ASNT Level III certification in PAUT, TOFD, and TFM/FMC preferred
Responsibilities
- Performing inspections of steel structures including welds, pin and hanger assemblies, cracks, and fracture critical elements
- Developing and training a staff of ASNT certified steel inspectors
- Overseeing field testing to ensure quality, development of testing procedures, validation of equipment operators, evaluation of data collection, and project management
