Exciting opportunity for a Field Service Technician at a designer/manufacturer of industrial equipment in Cleveland, OH. Seeking self-motivated individual with technical knowledge to start up new installations and troubleshoot existing systems.
Qualifications
- Ability to use hand tools and electric tools
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent attendance
- Dependable transportation
- Technical understanding of industrial water and wastewater treatment (desirable)
- Previous experience with PLC programming, PVC pipefitting, and industrial wiring (desirable)
- Ability to get government contractor clearance
- Ability to read and follow blueprints (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Starting up and supervising new system installations
- Troubleshoot and repair existing systems in the field
- Shop work as necessary
