Exciting opportunity to join a global HR consulting firm in the Cannabis and Hemp industry. Looking for an outgoing individual to assist with recruiting and HR responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR OR 2+ years of experience as a Human Resources, Staffing, or Recruiting Assistant / Coordinator
- proficiency with G-Suite and Microsoft Word & Excel
- payroll experience or willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- conducting reference checks and background checks
- assisting with onboarding and employee relations
- scheduling interviews and handling payroll responsibilities
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR OR 2+ years of experience in related field
Working Hours
Mostly 8 am - 5 pm local time, occasional early morning/evening hours
